Programs & Company Stores (COOP)
Please contact Prime Line® to register items for a program or company store and receive End Quantity Pricing (EQP). There is a one-time set-up charge (per color and location, based on the imprint method) for the initial order, with no repeat set-up charge on subsequent orders as long as each release is for at least half of the first column quantity. (Exception: $80 (G) per order for VibraTecsm and VibraTecsm plus 4-color process.) Co-op program orders with the same logo and new dealer copy will incur a set-up charge for each new dealer; all other charges are as per web site. A copy of the catalog or a link to the online store featuring Prime Line® items must be submitted to our factory, and all purchase orders must include the program name and Prime Line® quote number.
Product Testing Lab Analysis
X-Ray Spectography of individual orders prior to shipment from our factory is available. Specify if lab report and certification should be included with your shipment or mailed to separate address. Full report will be provided

Billing Terms
Net 30 days for credit-established distributors only. 1.5% monthly interest charge will accrue on past due balances. All payments must be made in U.S. or Canadian funds. A $50.00 charge will be assessed on any returned checks. Accounts requiring collection will be liable for all associated costs. Distributors on pre-payment and new accounts without established credit must provide a check or VISA, MasterCard, or Discover with the following information: Cardholder Name, Card Number, Expiration Date, 3-digit Card Security Code (located on back of card) and Billing Address. Production time will not begin until credit is approved.

Catalog Substitutions
We reserve the right to substitute at any time products of comparable price and styling for those shown in this catalog. Actual colors of items may differ from those shown in the catalog. If color is critical, please request a sample. The information presented on supercedes a catalog for pricing, specifications and options. Please refer to the web prior to placing an order. Listing an item in a catalog or on our website is not a guarantee of product availability.

Cancellation Policy
Please note that all orders placed with Prime Line® cannot be cancelled once we receive approval of a pre-production sample or an email or fax proof. All approvals are required in writing. Cancellations prior to approval are required in writing and the customer is responsible for all charges incurred to the point of cancellation as well as a cancellation fee.

Claims/Limitation of Warranties & Liabilities
Prime Line® warrants and represents to Prime Line's direct purchasers ("Purchaser") that the products will be free from defects in material and workmanship at the time of shipment to Purchaser.

We reserve the right to ship 5-7% over or under the quantity ordered and bill accordingly. If exact quantity is required, please specify on order.

Our Quality Assurance Department must be notified of any quality issues regarding merchandise or imprint within 15 business days of receipt of order. All returned merchandise must include an RMA (Return Material Authorization) issued by our Quality Assurance Department or the shipment will be refused. The RMA number must be prominently marked on the outside of every carton returned. No return freight will be allowed without prior authorization. Unimprinted merchandise is subject to a 20% restocking fee. Samples cannot be returned for a refund.

Shipping Terms
Method of Shipping/Liability: Best way FOB factory Connecticut unless otherwise noted. Factory cannot be responsible for delays or damages en route. All claims should be promptly filed by purchaser with the carrier at the time of delivery. Air shipments must be requested for specific delivery dates. Since the factory has no control after shipments have been turned over to the freight carrier, specific delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. Shipping weights and packaging quantities specified in catalog and on are approximate and subject to change. Invoiced shipping charges include a fee for handling and insurance.

Tracking Shipments
See copy of original billed invoice that was emailed, faxed or mailed to you for tracking information. Invoice on order status of this website currently does not display freight information.
